COVID-19 Updates

Below are the steps we are taking to help ensure our customers’ wellbeing whilst also still being able to provide some refreshing outdoor activities.

Please adhere to our instructions as they are aimed for keeping all safe.




Q: I had a booking whilst the centre was closed; what will happen?

A: All deposits are being kept on hold for past and upcoming bookings if you choose not to proceed at this time. There will be no time frame they need to be re-booked by and can be swapped to different slope activities. Please simply email in with your booking details so we can keep accurate tracking of all outstanding bookings.

Q: Will the slopes be busy; I don’t want to arrive and it be very crowded?

A: We are reducing capacity on the slopes to aid with numbers on site. Booking is not essential but recommend to avoid showing up and there being no spaces available.

Q: Will group lessons be running?

A: At the moment we will not be running the Children’s Group Workshop and will hold off on finalising dates for winter group courses until closer to the time. You can still book private lessons, for which the instructors will keep the suitable safe distance whilst helping your skiing progress

Q: Will all activities be open and full time hours?

A: The tobogganing, ringos and practice are all open but the high ropes will remain closed. Opening hours will be limited so please be sure to call and check before coming along.
